For those who asked me on Thursday at the PFT

This is where I get my POSE Running info:
www.crossfitendurance.com
Most of what I have learned is from watching videos and making the effort to practice and train.
I truly only run 3 miles or more for the PFT, ever. Adding volume is unnecessary with proper practice and training.

As per word passed today, unless youhave a reason not to take the PFT for score you will be taking it for score tomorrow.

We have less than 45 days to complete the PFT for this semi-annual period, and very few Marines who have taken it for score. If you have a legitimate reason to schedule a later PFT that is acceptable, but all who are present will either need to provide a valid reason or take it for score.

Time:
0630
Place:
Building 9804 Marine Barracks Pull Up Bars

Who wants free stuff?

In the first round of the exciting game,
I AM MOVING SO CAN'T TAKE ALL MY S%!T
I will be giving away some stuff, first up is a two drawer file cabinet, two bookcases and my old t-mobile phone, the Dash (HTC Excalibur). So if you use t-mobile or are handy with unlocking smartphones the phone is about 18 months old, still works fine, has no SIM and is yours if you'd like it. The bookcases are MDF pre-fabs from Ikea. If you are familiar with Ikea these are dark finish 'billy' bookcases. Probably 6 feet tall, one is narrow (18" or so) and the other is medium width (about twice as wide as the other.) The file drawers are a $30 set from Wal-mart, a bit abused, but free to a good home.
That's round one, call the Company office if you want it. I'll bring the stuff to PT, once its there its yours to keep or throw away--there will be no bringing this sh!# back and forth to my house.
